Honey Lemon Vinaigrette- Spring or Summer Salad

Our Best Bites

Dressing
Zest from 1 lemon
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients except oil. Blend until smooth. With blender running slowly drizzle in oil until emulsified.

Yummy paired with

Romaine lettuce
sliced strawberries
blueberries
red onion
feta
candied pistachios
