Pumpkin Bread Favorites Cookbook

Favorites Cookbook

5 eggs well beaten
3 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cups corn oil
4 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
4 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp ground ginger
1 1/4 cups milk chocolate chips

Cream eggs and sugar, add pumpkin and oil, add dry ingredients slowly and combine thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour in greased floured bread tins. Bake at 350 for 45min.
