Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 ¾ cups flour
½ cup sugar
2 ½ teaspoons Baking powder
dash of salt
Mix
1 egg
¾ cup milk
1/3 cup of oil
1 cup blueberries tossed in 2 tablespoons of sugar or canned blueberries
Spoon into muffin tins
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until browned
