Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad

Dressing:
3 T honey
1 1/2 T rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp sesame oil

Salad
2-4 cups vegetable oil for frying
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 bonesless skinless breast half
3 cups chopped romain lettuce
1 cup chopped red cabbage
1 cup chopped napa cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 green onion sliced
1 T sliced almonds
1/3 cup chow mein noodles

Combine dressing ingredients in small bowl, blend and refrigerate. Preheat oil in pan, beat together egg and milk and in another bowl combine flour cornflake crumbs and salt and pepper. Dip chicken in milk mixture then crumbs and fry until golden and cooked thoroughly. Cut chicken into bite size chucks and mix salad ingredients together. Serve with dressing on the side!
