Pork Chop Marinade

Dani Vest

1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
2 TBSP brown sugar
2 TBSP ketchup
2-4 pork chops

Combine ingredients and freeze.

To Cook
1. Thaw meat thoroughly
2. Set oven to 350.
3. Cover meat and cook for around an hour.
4. Uncover and broil for 5 minutes to caramelize.
