Chicken Salad Supreme- Amber Herzog

2 1/2 cups cooked diced chicken
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup grapes, halved
1/2 cup sliced almonds toasted or plain
2 T fresh minced parsley (can use dried)
1 tsp salt
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped

Combine all ingredients, serve of croissants!
