Ingredients
1 teaspoon ground mustard (dry)
1/4 teaspoon all spice
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Rub in to meat, leave 10 minutes. Grill 4-5 minutes per side. Let rest 7 minutes or so, cut against the grain at a thin bias (real thin strips).
