Carmel Apple Dip

1 jar Mrs. Richardson butterscotch topping
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz) cream cheese softened to room temperature
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup pecans (optional)

Place in crock pot and melt. Serve with fresh sliced apples
